At CloudXConnecto, we understand that sometimes circumstances change. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for our advanced financial analysis courses.
We've designed our refund process to be straightforward while ensuring fairness for everyone involved. Please read through this entire policy before enrolling in any program.
Eligibility Criteria
Not all situations qualify for refunds. Here's what we consider when reviewing refund requests:
Full Refund Eligible
Requests made within 14 days of purchase, before accessing more than 20% of course materials, and without downloading completion certificates.
Partial Refund Eligible
Requests between 15-30 days with less than 40% content accessed. Refund amount calculated based on unused portion.
Technical Issues
Platform failures preventing course access for more than 72 consecutive hours despite our technical support attempts.
Medical Circumstances
Serious health situations preventing course participation, with appropriate documentation provided within 21 days of occurrence.
How to Request a Refund
Follow these steps to submit your refund request:
Send Email Request
Email [email protected] with your order number, enrollment date, and detailed reason for the refund request. Include any relevant supporting documentation.
Initial Review Period
Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days. We'll check your account activity, course progress, and verify the information you provided matches our records.
Decision Notification
You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we'll outline the refund amount and processing timeline. If denied, we'll explain the specific reasons.
Processing & Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will return to your original payment method, though your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Different payment methods have varying refund processing times:

Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds in these circumstances:
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase date, regardless of course progress or completion status.
- Students who have completed more than 60% of course content, including video views, quiz attempts, or downloadable resource access.
- After receiving any course completion certificate, digital badge, or credential from our platform.
- Promotional or discounted course purchases during special sales periods, unless technical issues prevent access entirely.
- Change of mind about career direction or finding alternative learning resources after enrollment.
- Failure to complete the course due to time constraints or personal scheduling conflicts not related to medical issues.
- Dissatisfaction with course difficulty level, whether too advanced or too basic for your experience.
Important Exceptions
Bundle purchases are treated differently. If you bought multiple courses together at a package price, we can only refund the entire bundle if none of the courses have been accessed. Partial refunds for individual courses within bundles aren't available after the 14-day period.
Special Circumstances
We recognize that unexpected situations sometimes arise:
Medical Emergencies: If you experience a serious health issue that prevents course participation, contact us with documentation from a healthcare provider. We'll work with you on either a refund or course access extension, depending on your situation and how much content you've already accessed.
Technical Platform Issues: When our platform experiences extended downtime or technical problems that prevent your access, we'll either extend your enrollment period or process a prorated refund. Document any access issues by contacting our support team when they occur.
Course Content Errors: If you discover significant errors in course materials that affect learning outcomes, report them immediately. We'll correct the issues and, if they substantially impacted your learning, discuss appropriate remedies including potential partial refunds.
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you can request a second review. Send additional information or clarification to [email protected] with "Refund Appeal" in the subject line. A different team member will review your case within 5-7 business days.
We're based in Amphoe Mueang Chon Buri, Chang Wat Chon Buri, Thailand, and all refund decisions follow Thai consumer protection guidelines as well as our internal policies.
